Stainless steel weighing surface with LFGB certification
The scale has a weighing surface made of unstructured hygienic surface for easy and quick cleaning. The European LFGB certification guarantees direct and safe contact with foodstuffs.

ZERO function (zero weighing vessel weight) & TARA function (gradual weighing of ingredients)
1. Place the weighing pan on the scale.
2. Reset the bowl weight with the "ZERO"
3. Now you weigh the weight of the raw material (e.g. 400g) without counting the weight of the bowl.
4. Reset the weight of the first weighed raw material with the "ZERO" button.
5. Adding a second raw material will show its weight on the display.

automatic shutdown function of the whole scale after 2 minutes of inactivity.
